Responsibilities: • Perform full interior and exterior detailing, including: • Tire & wheel shine, exterior windows, ceramic wax spray • Vacuuming, compressed air cleaning, rubber mat scrubbing • Surface cleaning, protection, and steam spot treatment • Leather cleaning and conditioning • Interior window cleaning • Provide specialized services as needed, such as machine polishing and undercarriage cleaning • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Handle and operate detailing tools and equipment properly • Assist with customer interactions when needed • Follow safety and quality standards for detailing procedures Requirements: • Experience in detailing is preferred, but training will be provided • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for prolonged hours • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license Compensation: Pay is based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities include: • Managing and scheduling appointments using Google Calendar • Creating and sending invoices through QuickBooks • Handling customer calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations • Following up on leads from social media and other channels • Assisting detailers by coordinating customer communications • Providing occasional in-office/shop support as needed Requirements: • Experience with or willingness to learn Google Calendar and QuickBooks • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely, with availability for in-person meetings as required • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using Canva or other design tools for content creation • Familiarity with social media marketing and engagement • Additional administrative or digital skills relevant to the role Compensation: Pay is based on technological expertise and experience.
